Team Leader Case Management

Operational Support Team Member
This is a position created due to the expanding services we are delivering. The person we are looking for will be a real team player, able to multi task and realise the importance of the administration support we require. The person we are looking for has a sense of humour, great work ethics and a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
The challenge in this digital age is to be able to have a good command of English grammar skills and a very good skillset in creating and editing documents, ideally to an advanced level in Word.
The range of duties is very diverse from being involved in creating and editing complex documentation to signing visitors into the building. They say variety is the spice of life and you will certainly get that working with a great team where brand and service delivery is at the forefront of what we do.
