The objective of the HRM approach is to understand the occupational and non- occupational risk factors of disease and injury.
Our services include the more traditional OH services but we pride ourselves on offering a flexible and cost effective package of proactive health risk management strategies.
To achieve the goal of preventing illness or injury it is important that the personal risk factors are identified together with any occupational risk factors. We find that in most occupations the personal risk factors are far outweighing the occupational risks in terms of incidence and cost.
