The night workers assessment is a straightforward process in which an employee or job candidate answers a questionnaire to assess their fitness for night work. Upon satisfactory completion, we will issue a Certificate of Fitness.
Any restrictions affecting a person deemed unfit for night duties are noted on their certificate. If appropriate, we would advise on any modifications of duties, in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
A night workers assessment can be conducted alongside more general recruitment assessments for new employees, or independently for existing employees.
We also offer a voluntary medical to employees, in compliance with the Working Time Directive.
