HRM Lifestyle Consultant enters Swiss Ironman Competition
The Swiss Ironman Competition took place in Zurich last weekend with around 2000 competitors. Adam Gellatly one of Healthcare RM’s employees and Lifestyle Consultant was one of the competitors. Adam did very well in only his second Ironman Competition. He came 3rd in his age group and 70th overall and the 66th male competitor.

HRM Cycle Club take part in the British Heart Foundation Cotswold Ride
"Just Do It" is a very well known phrase used by Nike and 7 times winner of the Tour de France Lance Armstrong. Well members of the Healthcare RM Cycle Club did exactly that by joining about another 1000 cyclist who took part in the event on Sunday 15th May 2011.

Mudrunner Oblivian
Adam Gellatly, one of the Healthcare RM Lifestyle specialists, took part in the Mudrunner Oblivian event at Eastnor Castle in the dramatic setting of the Malvern Hills and surrounded by a beautiful deer park, arboretum and lake -it is the home of the Hervey-Bathurst family. Eastnor is also home to the Landrover Off road Course through the estate’s rolling countryside made up of woods, steep ascents, drops and mud and water.

Healthcare RM Cycle Team take part in Hell of the North Cotswolds (HONC 2011)
Six of Healthcare RM's staff took part in the HONC 2011 Mountain Biking Event on 10th April 2011. They were joined by Lee Davies who has a close relationship with the HRM cyclists joining tem regularly and also entered the London to Paris Charity bike ride last year.
