Case Management
Objectives
This service is designed to support Line Managers and HR Managers in the day to day management of illness and injury whether absent or not.
The objectives of the service will be to:
- Identify a Diagnosis
- Identify in what timescale a person will be able to work and in what capacity
- Review the treating clinician’s recommended Treatment Plan and whether this can be facilitated and possibly improved by HRM intervention
- Provide options for any other treatments and assess likely outcomes
- Assist Line Management and HR in managing the employee to a satisfactory outcome in the shortest possible timescale
- Reduce costs to the business
