Complex Case Management
Certain cases may need to be escalated to our Senior Complex Case Management Team due to:
- The nature of the Medical Condition – normally a very complex clinical condition
- Significant occupational implications – normally a significant health and safety risk to the employee, other colleagues within the business or members of the public
- The potential that the case may become an Employer’s Liability or Employment Tribunal
- The case requires a Permanent Health/Incapacity Assessment
- The case may need Vocational Case Management
