What is Careline?
Administered by Healthcare RM, Careline is a preventative service that assists employees and their families to recognise potential problems before ill health or injury occur, or to manage an illness or injury when it arises. Our trained and knowledgeable advisors are able to help people with stress, anxiety and depression via a programme which incorporates good nutrition and regular exercise. Programmes are available on a one-to-one or group basis with telephone support.
