- Arguably the first Company to really understand and develop an integrated approach to Employee Health Risk Management (EHRM).
- More experience than any other Company in the UK in the delivery of an integrated approach.
- Developed Care and Case Management to a higher level than most other organisations.
- Introduced the first evidence based approach to the management of mental health and musculoskeletal conditions via a self-referral system.
- Developed a new approach to both physical and mental rehabilitation.
- Manages Healthcare Schemes in a totally different manner to any other organisation in the UK.
- Over the last 10 years has acted as Consultants to:
- Major Health Insurer in relation to the development of Case Management and the integration of their services.
- Major Employer’s Liability Insurer in the identification and management of excessive claims experience in Employer’s Liability.
- NHS Trust in the development of income generation for the Trust.
- Private Hospital Group and the development of preferred networks, direct contracting with organisations, self-pay etc.
- Large organisations on the management of Incapacity Pensions, including Pension Reviews post receipt of Incapacity.
- Large organisations in the development of an Integrated Approach to Employee Health Risks.
- Large organisations in relation to Risk Assessments for Psychological Hazards.
- Major International Broking Organisations in the development of International Managed Care and Rehabilitation.
- Major Dutch Healthcare Insurance Company in the development of new products and services.
- Worked with Dutch Ministries in advising on the development of Dutch healthcare and in particular the development of Managed Care and Preferred Networks.
- Worked with Association of Dutch Insurance Companies in relation to the above.
- Provided a range of Integrated Health Management Services to Hotel Groups, Care Home Companies, Distribution and Manufacturing Companies and a variety of other industries.
- Achieved significant savings circa 35% plus across sickness absence, private healthcare claims, EL claims and Incapacity cases.
- Participated in research and particularly examining the connectivity between apparent work-related stress and personal stress.
- Actively encourages HRM employees to continue their education and personal development; for example, staff have been supported in undertaking Master of Science Degrees and Post Graduate Diplomas.
- Involved in training Occupational Health Physicians, General Practitioners, Occupational Health Nurses and Physiotherapists in specific clinical and business areas.
- Close association with several law firms in relation to the day to day management of Disability Discrimination, Employment Tribunals, Health and Safety legislation and Employment law.
- Integrates services with a wide range of other providers including Insurance Companies, Third Party Claims Administrators, Occupational Health Companies and EL Administrators etc.
