What is the Process?
- Initially a potential participant will undergo a multidisciplinary clinical assessment to help identify suitability for the programme
- It can be individual or group based again dependent on need
- There are two main programmes dependent on the needs of the participant:
Short Programme
- Education and exercise based sessions over approximately 20 hours over 2 weeks
Long Programme
- Education and exercise based sessions over approximately 40 hours over 4 weeks
FROG – How will the cases be managed?
Healthcare RM has a team of Case Managers who specialise in managing the clinical, psychosocial and occupational issues associated with any case if required.
